Puppy Care Evening Cape

One of the twelve known outfits that was released for Puppy Care.

The outfit exists out of two pieces.  A silver crown in fabric for on top of the head; you attach it as a hairband.  And a gorgeous royal blue cape with white soft fur at the hem and at the two ends of the straps to tie the cape around the puppy or kitty's neck.  The outfit was bought in Belgium.
